Willow Creek North Shore

Kim Lattin

Operations Director

The joy of my life are my two kids, Erin and Eric. Erin received her Master’s degree in Human Resources and now works in the oil business in Houston. After graduating from Azusa Pacific, Eric joined the San Diego-based, non-profit organization, Invisible Children. Unfortunately, they live too far away. It’s a good thing that I love to travel.

Travel is definitely my passion. I love to research and figure out the logistics. What’s my favorite website? TripAdvisor.com. I can’t wait to go back to Argentina, especially Buenos Aires. It’s amazing how you can make it work with very little Spanish and a lot of hand gestures.

As much as I love to travel, I’ve never moved too far from home. I grew up in Morton Grove and my Mom still lives in the house I grew up in. My whole extended family lives on the North Shore. I graduated from Maine East High School and Western Illinois University.

In April of 2004, after being one of the founding core members of Willow Creek North Shore, I was joined the staff as the Assistant Director of Operations. In February of 2007, I became the Director of Operations. I, along with Frank Salathe, the Assistant Director, take care of the “business” side of Willow North Shore. The ministries and 120 volunteers in Seeds Bookstore, Offering Count teams, Traffic, Harvest Food Court, FAST Team (Facility Set-up team) and our Greeters and Guest Host team fall under the Operations.
