Student Ministries Programming/Producer
Prior to working in Student Ministries, I started up Impact Solutions Group, Inc., a consulting organization that focused on leadership development and improving overall performance in the work environment. My experience includes designing multi-phase training curriculums using interactive techniques that bring new learning from the classroom to the job. I enjoyed the challenge of working with different organizations and helping them create performance solutions to achieve results.
I grew up on the North Shore and graduated from Northwestern University. I live in Deerfield with my husband Brett, daughter Nikkie, son Joey and our chocolate lab, Mousse. Our house is almost always filled with teens from the neighborhood either hanging out, or jamming in our makeshift studio in the basement.
I started working at Willow Creek Community Church - North Shore Student Ministries in 2006. I am the Producer and Programming Director for Elevate and Impact, and I love what I do. I definitely feel like my background helps me design creative programming and curriculum elements that provide opportunities for our students to grow in their faith and know the Lord. One of my favorite things about working in Student Ministries is being in a position to see God at work in the lives of our students. It’s always amazing!
