Thanks for checking me out! You should know that Pittsburgh is my home town and I’m a life-long Steelers fan. I learned how to snow ski and ride motorcycles in Western PA, two activities I still enjoy. I met my beautiful wife Carol at Grace Theological Seminary. We have three sons; two are Moody students and the other studies at Talbot Seminary.
My excitement meter hits a 10 when I see people courageously identify whatever gets in the way of them becoming more like Jesus and then take next steps to grow. So I love honest conversations about life, small group ministry, and planning menus of opportunities for people to grow in Bible knowledge, spiritual practices, and putting their faith in action.
I’m in my 12th year at Willow Creek Community Church – 9 years attending at South Barrington and 3 years on staff here at Willow North Shore. My ministry area includes leading the adult ministries team, Thursday night and Sunday morning classes, small groups, All-In membership, and pastoral care. I serve with an incredible staff team who loves people and enjoys helping them get connected and grow in their faith. If you really want to grow, you’ve come to the right place.
