Prior to coming to work at Willow Creek Community Church - North Shore in 2005, I worked as a hospice volunteer manager for 7 years. I attended Miami of Ohio for college and then went into the creative arts field as a designer/print producer and then sales. So all I can say to this bizarre journey is that I love to serve and connect people together.
I was born in Niagara Falls, New York and raised in Lewiston just a few miles away with good parents that loved us the best they could. We had 8 in our family and always gathered for dinner. Now we are all scattered across the county, so it is hard to connect. I now call Willow my home and family.
My true passion is being on the front lines of welcoming people into our church and communicating the love of God to them regardless of who they are, where they come from, or where they are on their spiritual journeys. I love reading the bible and am grateful to be in a community where I’ve been able to experience healing and continued restoration in my life story. It is a privilege to be in the intersection where people meet God and one another at Willow.
